We are committed to developing multi-functional pet care robots that help people overcome the challenges of pet rearing, including real-time health monitoring, personalized services, and providing constant companionship.
Team Introduction
The Robotic pet minder team, working on the design of a multi-functional integrated pet caring robot, involves the development of hardware and software, with a focus on the application side. The team consists of 6 students mainly from IRE and IME and also one member from IFB. The team’s project started in ENT104TC course, and after a period of polishing, the team was invited by X3 Co-Venture in February 2025, becoming the 18th project team to join X3 Co-Venture.
Application scenarios
Solve the problem of pet owners being unable to stay with their pets for long periods of time, pet potential health risk prediction, solve the difficulty of feeding multiple pets at the same time, alleviate the two-way anxiety of separation emotions, and assist pet owners in feeding their pets with specialized knowledge.
Future Development
It is hoped that the vast majority of the envisaged design will be completed, and in the process the optimal solution for cost savings and improved technology will be continually explored. It is hoped that the product will be successfully developed and that each member will learn and exercise and gain something from the experience.
